ABOUT ME

In 1981, I graduated from the Miami University. While most of my peers were considering what to do next with their lives, I already had a pretty solid idea. My grandfather was an attorney, as was my father. It was only natural for me to follow in their footsteps.

Practicing law is something I was drawn to. Could it be because of family influence? Sure. But, the influence I saw wasn't about the money or even doing what they saw fit for my life. More than anything else, I was influenced by their character. My father and grandfather were both men of honesty and integrity who cared about the communities in which they served. Their desire was to make a true difference in people’s lives in a way that helped those people thrive. For me, their impact was honorable and I wanted to do the same.

After I graduated from the University of Miami, I went on to study law at the University of Cincinnati where I earned my Juris Doctor in 1987. Over the past 30 years, I've been able to utilize my skills, passion, and inherited ability to cultivate a law that aligns with the values I practice from my grandfather and father. Working with me, it is my hope that you experience these values for yourself:

  • I believe in a collaborative effort. It is not my role to tell you what to do. I'm here to guide you with effective advice and help you make the right decisions for your unique case.
  • I believe in specialized, one-on-one attention. With me, you won't get the run-around or be passed off to other staff members. I take pride in working with my clients from beginning to end personally.
  • I believe in quick, clear, and concise communication. If I don't get to the phone when you call the first time, you can rest assured that I will return your call that same day. I'll be honest and straightforward with you so that you always know what to expect — no surprises. Also, I'll be sure to listen and hear you out so that our next steps are consistent with your expectation and goals.

If you're in Cincinnati, Hamilton, Butler, Warren, or Clairemont and you need an attorney for your real estate, probate, estate planning, civil litigation or commercial collections, or business law needs, don't hesitate to schedule a free consultation.
